BusyFindingMe was created to help midlife women embrace growth without the stress of adding more overwhelm. Our mission is to empower every woman to achieve her goals using simple daily habits, a clear coaching path, and a caring community all designed for busy lives and real results
Founded by Sonja Quinn
I built BusyFindingMe because I was living the problem.
I was the woman who had it all together on the outside — and was quietly exhausted on the inside. Midlife hit me with a wave of "is this it?" that I didn't expect and wasn't prepared for.
I spent years looking for something that would help me reconnect with myself — without adding another overwhelming programme to my already full life. I couldn't find it. I got even more overwhelmed. So I built it.
BusyFindingMe is the pocket coach I wish I'd had. Five - ten minutes a day. Real coaching. Habits that actually stick. And a community of women who remind you that you're not behind — you're just beginning.
